We aim to keep event and sponsorship information accurate. Dates, venues, speakers and availability may change; check the current event or agreement details before making arrangements. Contact us if information appears incorrect.
Sponsorship prices are shown in pounds sterling, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax and the final payable amount must be set out in your quotation or agreement. Browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or receiving a finder recommendation does not create a binding sponsorship agreement or guarantee availability.
Any sponsorship is governed by the separate agreement accepted by the parties. These website terms do not replace its payment, cancellation, delivery or other provisions. Event registration and dinner participation may also be subject to separate terms shown when booking or applying.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s private links or records, interfere with security, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or knowingly provide misleading information. Keep private sponsorship links confidential and tell us if you believe one has been shared in error. We may restrict access reasonably where necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.
